East Midlands

There is a lot to celebrate in the East Midlands! We have a Local Movement in Leicester and Champions are working together to impact their towns, villages and cities.

We are developing agreements with local authorities across the region as well to help them recruit foster carers and to find homes for unaccompanied minors they’ll be helping via the Dubs Amendment. The response of local people in churches to care for vulnerable children and wrap around carers through Home for Good has really encouraged them to consider formal agreements with us to help them meet the incredible demand for foster placements.

With a growing number of champions and support groups across the region, this is a great time to be a part of the Home for Good movement in the East Midlands.

We have adoption agreements with Adoption Focus and St Francis Children’s Society. Together they also run the Triangle Project focusing on early permanence for children.
